Returns Policy

At its discretion, Dragon Grip allows for the return of any product purchased through our dragongrip.com if returned within 14 days of purchase to our online returns department. Items purchased at special events or marketplaces may not be returned or exchanged. If an item is purchased at an independent retailer (Amazon), that retailer’s return policy will apply.  Items must be undamaged, unused, and with all original and accessories. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A restocking fee of 25% is charged against the return amount. Packages that come to us COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. Return shipping costs are currently not reimbursed by Dragon Grip. Final sale and special order items may not be returned. All international sales are final with no refunds, returns or exchanges.

 

If any returns do not meet the above return requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of misuse or damage. Please contact us at contact@dragongrip.com if you have any questions.

 

To return your item, securely repackage it in the same packaging (or comparable package) in which you have received your item. Then enclose a copy of the receipt and completed the Return Form provided by us to you and mail it to an address we will provide you when you contact us. If your package arrives at Dragon Grip returns department within the 14-day timeline specified above, your refund will be credited to you within the next two business cycles. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
