The Dragon Grip Website dragongrip.com are provided by Dragon Grip for the purpose of providing our brand Dragon Grip for you and everyone else who enjoys having fun. By using or making a purchase on the Website, you, the purchaser (“you”) agree to the terms and conditions listed in this Agreement (the “Terms and Conditions”). Payment - Payment can be made by credit card and Pay Pal for purchased products (“Products”). If you make a purchase on the Website, you are warranting that you are legally authorized to use the credit or other payment card for the proposed transaction and that you fully understand this Agreement. Dragon Grip accepts no liability for any damages of any nature resulting from your payment including credit card use on the Website.

Confirmation of Orders - If you successfully conclude an online purchase, we will send you a confirmation e-mail that will include full details of your particular purchase. E-mails will be deemed to have been sent by us once they leave our information system. However, if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of completing an online transaction, please contact us immediately at the contact email given below.

Return Policy - At its discretion, Dragon Grip allows for the return of any product purchased through our dragongrip.com if returned within 14 days of purchase to our online returns department. Items purchased at special events or marketplaces may not be returned or exchanged. If an item is purchased at an independent retailer (Amazon), that retailer’s return policy will apply. Items must be undamaged, unused, and with all original and accessories. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A restocking fee of 25% is charged against the return amount. Packages that come to us COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. Return shipping costs are currently not reimbursed by Dragon Grip. Final sale and special order items may not be returned. All international sales are final with no refunds, returns or exchanges.

If any returns do not meet the above return requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of misuse or damage. Please contact us at contact@dragongrip.com if you have any questions.

To return your item, securely repackage it in the same packaging (or comparable package) in which you have received your item. Then enclose a copy of the receipt and completed the Return Form provided by us to you and mail it to an address we will provide you when you contact us. If your package arrives at Dragon Grip returns department within the 14-day timeline specified above, your refund will be credited to you within the next two business cycles. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Pricing Errors. If an item is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Dragon Grip reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the mispriced items whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Dragon Grip shall issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Intellectual Property Protection - The Website contains proprietary material and intellectual property of Dragon Grip, which is protected by copyright, trademark, designs, confidential information, trade secret, patent and other laws protecting proprietary rights (“Our Intellectual Property”). The text, content and information contained in the Website, including all audio, video, streaming, and digital content, designs, formats, interfaces, programming, software, computer codes, specifications, templates, graphics, designs, tables, icons, documents and material or any application for any of the foregoing (“Content”), is copyrighted and trademarked and protected by world-wide copyright and trademark laws and treaty provisions. Our trademark Dragon Grip and other registered or common-law trademarks and logos protected by the laws of the U.S.A. and other foreign countries. Our Intellectual Property may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without our prior written permission. Except as expressly provided, Dragon Grip does not grant any express or implied right to you or any other person in Our Intellectual Property, confidential information or trade secret information.

Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Assignment - The Website and the materials and products on the Website are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Dragon Grip and its affiliates and subsidiaries are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind resulting from (1) the use of or the inability to use Dragon Grip online services, or (2) any goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through online services, including but not limited to injury, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangibles, even if Dragon Grip had been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the liability of Dragon Grip for any cause or reason shall not exceed the amount paid, if any, by you for the Products provided to you by Dragon Grip.
